Production of turkey baton and cooked chicken doner kebab, and raising personnel to an expert level. The 200 kg doner kebab shown in the pictures are specifically placed in an inverted conical shape. Otherwise, there is a risk of collapse when the doner kebab is reduced to half. The inverted conical placement is preferred to ensure the doner kebab is cooked and sliced evenly.
